Great Views

Located down the drive through a red gate. The guesthouse is at the back of the property with views out over the backyard, swimming pool, and Codgers hills. From the outdoor seating, you have views of The Brook Stream.

Swimming Pool

Fenced pool in full day sun, available year-round. Best used in summer, only the brave in all other seasons.

The Guesthouse

Part of the Heritage Precinct we have a 1930s wooden bungalow main property recently renovated to modern standards. The guesthouse is a new building in the style of the main house, with double glazing insulation and modern fittings.

Nice Location

15 mins walk into town, with cafes only 7mins away. Walking is realistic, biking, vehicles, and bus stops are nearby as well. We have free parking on the street and space on our drive for a car or van.
